CHANGES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Changes and refunds are made within 14 business days <\/strong> from the day you receive your parcel. The change is made with products of equal or greater value.<\/p>\n

In the case of change <\/strong> you must first contact us by phone at 2310 239010, you send us the parcel back, the shipping costs are charged to us, while to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are \u20ac 3.50. For each subsequent change the shipping costs are 5 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Every return is made exclusively through the company ELTA COURIER Door – Door.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and expense.
\nIn case of company error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company.<\/p>\n

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs) have not been removed. For hygiene reasons, no changes are made to underwear and jewellery.<\/p>\n

In case of refund,\u00a0<\/strong> the shipping costs to send us the parcel are yours.
\nAlternatively you can send it to us with ELTA COURIER Door – Door <\/em> <\/strong> with a charge to our company and deduct 3.50 \u20ac from the original value of the product.<\/p>\n

For the refund process, contact us by phone at 2310 239010 and we come to an agreement for a refund to one of the cooperating banks (Euro Bank, Ethniki, Piraeus Bank). In case of deposit in a different bank, the transfer is borne by the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the Depositor (www.merciboutique.gr<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n
